Alfresa Corporation was established in October 2004.
It was established by three companies: Fukujin Corporation, AZWELL Inc., and Taishodo Corporation.

    • December AZ Established Nakajima Shoji Corporation.

    • July AZ Company name changed to Nippon Shoji Corporation.

    • August FJ Oi Fukujin Corporation, Senju Fukujin Corporation, Kanagawa Fukujin Corporation, Saitama Fukujin Corporation, and Umeya Corporation were merged.

    • December FJ Merged with Kurosaki Fukujin Corporation.

    • April AZ Absorbed Yamao Pharmaceutical Corporation into the company.

    • October AZ Nakagawayasu Corporation and Chuo Koikai Corporation were merged.

    • November A Opened the Kanagawa Distribution Center in Odawara, Kanagawa Prefecture.

    • January A Established the Kyushu Sales Department, establishing the Fukuoka Branch, Kitakyushu Branch, Nagasaki Omura Branch, Kumamoto Branch, and Oita Branch under the Kyushu Sales Department.
